Are you looking for a furry friend to welcome into your home? Look no further! San Antonio Animal Care Services is celebrating National Dog Week with a special adoption event called Big Mutts, Big Hearts.

This event is offering free adoptions on all dogs weighing 40 pounds or more this Friday and Saturday. It’s the perfect opportunity to find the perfect canine companion for you and your family.

When you adopt a pet from the ACS shelter, you can rest assured that they are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. As an added bonus, new dog owners will have access to free lifetime training opportunities with ACS trainers. It’s a win-win situation for both you and your new furry friend!

The shelter is conveniently located at 4710 State Hwy 151 and is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Please note that the last adoptions are processed 30 minutes before closing, so make sure to arrive in time to meet your new companion.
