WASHINGTON – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to visit Washington next Thursday for high-stakes talks with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Zelenskyy is expected to push for the U.S. to permit Ukraine to utilize Western-provided weapons to strike deeper into Russia.
