SAN ANTONIO – Exciting news for foodies in San Antonio as the Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) and Aramark have unveiled the lineup for the fourth season of the Spurs Culinary Residency Program at the Frost Bank Center. From sweet treats to sushi and barbecue, get ready to indulge in a variety of delicious dishes this season.
Kevin Barker, Associate Director of Culinary Experience at SS&E, shared, “The Spurs Culinary Residency Program is more than just a showcase of delicious food; it’s a celebration of the stories and passion behind each local business. By expanding the program and involving fans in the selection process, we want to highlight the unique narratives and culinary traditions that make San Antonio’s food scene so special.”
The participating restaurants have been carefully chosen, with fans even having a say in selecting the final spot for The Purple Pig BBQ.
Throughout the season, these restaurants will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary creations at designated concession stands located throughout the Frost Bank Center. Additionally, restaurant owners will receive training on various aspects of professional development such as social media, marketing, human resources, and financing.
