Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller ‘alert, doing well,’ archdiocese official says
San Antonio Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller is currently in the hospital undergoing an evaluation, according to an official from the archdiocese. Jordan McMorrough, the director of communications for the archdiocese, stated that Garcia-Siller began feeling unwell while presiding over the 9:30 a.m. Mass at the archdiocesan Pastoral Ministry Center. He was then taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
Despite the situation, McMorrough reassured the public that the archbishop is alert, in good spirits, and is doing well. He also requested prayers for Archbishop Gustavo’s health. Updates on his condition will be provided as they become available.
