SAN ANTONIO – Get ready to do the Time Warp again because the cult-classic musical “The Rocky Horror Show” is coming to the San Pedro Playhouse this week. This will mark the theater’s first full-scale production of the fan-favorite musical, promising an electrifying experience for audiences.
Running for five weekends from Oct. 3 to Oct. 31, with a special Halloween performance, this show will be a unique experience. Unlike regular main-stage productions, “The Rocky Horror Show” will be age-restricted to 18 and up only, with IDs required at the door for entry.
Director J. Robert “Jimmy” Moore expressed excitement, stating, “I have never seen theatergoers have more fun than they do at this electrifying rock-and-roll musical! Brace yourself for a wild ride, San Antonio!”
Special themed nights will also be held during the show’s run, including Champagne Opening Night on Oct. 3, Pride Night on Oct. 4, ASL Performances on Oct. 12, Parent’s Night Out on Oct. 26, and a Halloween Night performance on Oct. 31.
