The cause of death for the talented hip-hop performer, born Dequantes Devontay Lamar, was determined to be a mixture of drugs including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine, according to a report obtained by People Magazine.

Despite showing no signs of trauma, Quan’s death was ruled an accident. His brother recalled finding him unresponsive on the floor, with food still in his mouth, before he was later discovered cold and not breathing by a concerned individual.
