SAN ANTONIO – Tragedy struck on the city’s West Side late Tuesday night as a man lost his life after being struck by a pickup truck, according to San Antonio police.
The fatal incident occurred around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Culebra Road and North General McMullen. The man was attempting to cross Culebra when he was hit by the truck and tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Shockingly, the driver of the pickup truck fled the scene and has not yet been located by authorities. The San Antonio Police Department, San Antonio Fire Department, and EMS all responded to the call, but unfortunately, the man’s identity remains undisclosed at this time.
