The Legendary Britpop Band Oasis Reunites After 15 Years
After a 15-year hiatus, Oasis, the iconic Britpop band, known for chart-topping hits like “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” has announced their reunion for a highly anticipated tour. This announcement also signifies the end of the long-standing feud between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher.
The band revealed that tickets for the 14-date tour will be available for sale starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The tour is scheduled to kick off on July 4-5, 2025, in Cardiff, Wales, followed by four dates in Manchester, four at London’s Wembley Stadium, two in Edinburgh, and two in Dublin where the tour will conclude on Aug. 17.
“This is it. This is happening,” the band declared in a social media post, sending waves of excitement among fans worldwide.
Oasis split in 2009 amidst internal conflicts, with Noel Gallagher departing the band just before a festival performance near Paris. The brothers had a tumultuous relationship, leading to years of estrangement following the band’s breakup.
However, in a surprising turn of events, both Liam and Noel Gallagher have expressed their willingness to put aside their differences for the sake of their shared legacy.
Fans have long speculated about a potential reunion, and the recent confirmation has sparked widespread anticipation and enthusiasm. With the announcement of their tour, Oasis is set to reignite the magic of their music and captivate audiences once again.
The band has also announced the release of a special collection titled “Definitely Maybe – Deluxe 30th Anniversary Editions,” commemorating the milestone of their debut album.
Stay tuned for an unforgettable musical experience as Oasis embarks on a journey to revive their timeless classics and reignite the magic that defined an era.
