Neighbor confesses to killing husband: Universal City police chief

Shocking Incident in Universal City Under Investigation

The Universal City Police Department is currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred on Wednesday, resulting in the death of a man. The incident took place in a neighborhood near Kitty Hawk Road and Toepperwein Road, just inside Loop 1604.

Authorities responded to the scene and placed crime scene tape on Rising Star street within the neighborhood. According to Universal City Police Department Chief Johnny Siemens, an unidentified woman crossed the street to a neighbor’s house and confessed to killing her husband.

The neighbor immediately contacted the police for a welfare check around 11:30 a.m., leading to the woman’s arrest. The victim’s identity and cause of death remain unclear at this time, and officers have confirmed that they are not searching for any additional suspects in connection to the case.
