The Marion Bulldogs: Looking to Dominate the 2024 High School Football Season
The Marion football team is gearing up for the 2024 high school season and is determined to break through the first round of playoffs this year.
After a disappointing exit from last year’s playoffs against Jourdanton, the Bulldogs have set their sights on redemption and realize that the hard work starts now, in the offseason.
Head coach Ryne Miller acknowledges the challenges that lie ahead but believes that with dedication and effort, the team can make it further in the playoffs this season.
Building on their 2023 achievements, where they finished 6-5 overall, Marion is ready to take their game to the next level.
Despite future goals, the players remain focused and committed to improving themselves before the season kicks off.
Excitement is palpable among the team as they eagerly anticipate the start of the season. For senior players like Garrett Mann, Hadley Mote, and Christian Sanchez, the wait has been worth it, and they are all eager to hit the field once again.
The Bulldogs will kick off their 2024 campaign against Stockdale on Aug. 30, promising an action-packed Friday night under the lights.
