Join Light the Night to honor those impacted by blood cancer.

Join us for an evening of hope and honor under the night sky at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual Light the Night walk on Saturday, October 19. Gather at Civic Park at Hemisfair at 6 p.m. for an event you won’t forget, emceed by our very own KSAT reporter Daniela Ibarra.

Lanterns of different colors will light up the night – white for survivors and research, red for patients and cures, and gold in remembrance of those we’ve lost. The Remembrance Pavilion will be a special space to honor loved ones and share memories.

Don’t miss the Survivor Circle, where survivors and patients will raise their white lanterns together, creating a beacon of hope in the darkness. It’s a truly inspiring sight to see.

To show your support for blood cancer research, join KSAT Community for a phone bank on Thursday, Oct. 17 during Good Morning San Antonio from 5-10 a.m. Representatives from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will be on hand to take your calls and donations.

KSAT Community is proud to partner with University Health, Energy Transfer, and Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union to support important causes like this one. Learn more about our community efforts.
