Breaking News: Mattress Mack Hospitalized for Cognitive Issues

Renowned Houston businessman Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale was unexpectedly hospitalized over the weekend due to cognitive difficulties, shedding light on the serious nature of his condition.

In a heartfelt video shared on his Facebook page from St. Luke’s Hospital in the Texas Medical Center, McIngvale expressed his concerns about his cognitive health and assured his followers that he was in good hands with the expert medical professionals in the area.

Following an unsettling episode on Friday where he felt nauseous all day and experienced memory lapses, McIngvale realized the severity of his condition when he missed his exit en route to work for the first time in over four decades. It became apparent that something was amiss, prompting him to seek immediate medical attention.

Transported to the hospital by a mobile stroke ambulance, McIngvale is currently undergoing a series of tests to determine the extent of his health issues and receive proper treatment.

Despite facing this health scare, Mattress Mack remained true to his resilient spirit by seizing the opportunity to promote his furniture store’s Labor Day weekend sale in both video updates, showcasing his unwavering dedication to his business endeavors.
