SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar will hold a press conference to announce an arrest made in connection with an illegal dumping incident that escalated into a high-speed chase.
The chase resulted in gunfire exchanged between two individuals, leading to a tragic accident off of Hwy 181.
