A Bexar County sheriff’s deputy had a frightening experience on duty early Saturday morning, as a medical emergency struck shortly after initiating a routine traffic stop.
The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. at the intersection of Stone Oak Parkway and Canyon Golf Road, where emergency personnel quickly responded to the scene. According to the sheriff’s office, CPR was administered to the deputy as efforts were made to stabilize their condition.
