Welcome to Your Daily Weather Forecast!
FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS:
- Like yesterday, expect some passing downpours today
- Added cloud cover will keep temps in the lower-90s
- Rain chances continue through Labor Day weekend
FORECAST:
Good morning! Yesterday’s rainfall was a welcome sight, and we can expect more of the same today. The only difference is that the storms will be moving in from the southeast as our low pressure system shifts west. Be prepared for brief, heavy downpours accompanied by lightning and thunder. Afternoon temperatures will reach the low-90s with high humidity levels.
Tomorrow, as the upper low weakens, rain chances will decrease. From Wednesday to Friday, only isolated afternoon storms are expected, with temperatures climbing into the upper-90s.
Looking ahead to Labor Day weekend, rain chances will be on the rise again. With increased moisture levels and a stationary front in the area, expect more showers and storms. The added cloud cover will help keep temperatures in check throughout the holiday weekend.
Have a wonderful day and stay weather aware! — Justin
