SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are actively searching for a shooting suspect after a man was critically wounded early Saturday morning.
According to an SAPD Sergeant speaking to KSAT, the victim, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, was shot multiple times while sitting at a bus stop around 12:45 a.m. on the 2100 block of Bandera Road.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim in a small ditch and rushed him to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The motive behind the shooting is still unclear, and authorities have no leads on a potential suspect at this time.
A thorough investigation by SAPD is currently underway to gather more information and apprehend the perpetrator.
