San Antonio Battling Heavy Rains: A Recap
Tuesday morning in San Antonio saw heavy rains causing chaos across the city. Water rescues, road closures, and traffic delays were just some of the issues faced by residents.

Broadway and 410 airport from storm at 8:30 am
KSAT crews were on the scene, capturing the aftermath of the storm. Photojournalist Alex Gamez snapped a photo of a lone truck trapped in floodwaters on Loop 410 at the Northeast I-35 Interchange.
Other incidents included vehicles stalling in floodwaters near Perrin Creek at Loop 410 and two vehicles colliding near the McNay Art Museum. Trash cans were swept away and clustered in the middle of North New Braunfels Avenue.
