SAN ANTONIO – A shocking incident unfolded in Universal City, where a woman confessed to killing her husband in a fit of rage. The reason behind this heinous act? A dispute over prescription pills. According to Universal City Police Chief Johnny Siemens, the 61-year-old woman, Constance Seinwill, admitted to the crime after being questioned for four hours.
Reports suggest that the husband had hidden the woman’s Xanax pills, leading to her intoxicated state and eventual violent outburst. The police found the husband’s lifeless body on the living room floor of their home at the 100 block of Rising Star.
Neighbors alerted the authorities when Seinwill knocked on their door and confessed to the crime. The police chief mentioned that it seemed like the victim was struck multiple times in the head with a yet-to-be-identified object, which was later seized by investigators.
As law enforcement swarmed the area, local residents were left perplexed, with one witness describing the couple’s turbulent relationship. Despite the lack of previous police involvement, Chief Siemens emphasized the importance of reporting any signs of domestic violence for early intervention.
Reflecting on the tragedy, neighbors expressed regret over not intervening sooner or seeking counseling for the troubled couple. In light of this heartbreaking incident, it serves as a stark reminder to reach out for help when faced with domestic violence.
