Happy weekend, everyone! Get ready for another scorching weekend in San Antonio. Saturday will mark the 7th consecutive day of 100-degree weather. While this is hot, it doesn’t compare to last year’s record of 23 days straight with triple-digit temperatures.

Take precautions if you plan to be outdoors as the heat index could reach up to 106° in the afternoon. However, humidity will drop in the evening, providing some relief.

Sunday will bring a breeze with winds from the south at 10-15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph.

Looking ahead, temperatures will rise further during the week. However, there’s a chance of a low-pressure system moving through South Texas next weekend, potentially bringing rain and cooler temperatures. Stay tuned for updates!
